Refund policy

We hope you love your new purchase from Posche By Kim D! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the purchased merchandise post-marked within 10 days from the date received for a store credit, or exchange only. All items being returned must be new, and unworn with all original tags attached. Sale items, shoes, makeup, homeware, and accessories are final sale.

You may use any shipping carrier you choose as long as it provides tracking number, as we are not responsible for any lost return packages. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
